2. MANDATORY: Unboxing Video Requirement
To protect both the customer and our store from fraud or shipping damages, we require an Unboxing Video for all claims.
- The Rule: You must record a continuous video while opening your package for the first time.
- Requirements:
- The video must show the Shipping Label clearly before opening.
- The video must be un-cut and un-edited.
- The video must show the condition of the item as it is removed from the box.
- Important: Claims for missing items or physical damage will be rejected if a valid unboxing video is not provided.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
